Let’s talk about healthy eating downfalls. For me, my biggest downfall when I’m trying to eat clean is the snack table at work! The key to being nourished and happy on the job is to make sure I prepare in advance for lunches and snack time. It helps for me to plan ahead during my weekend shopping and then prep to-go containers Sunday night so I am set at least for the beginning of the week.
