Community service coordination (sometimes called “case management”) pairs people with resources to help achieve greater independence and self-sufficiency. Our service coordinators can guide you, help solve problems, and be an advocate for you in areas like:
- Housing
- Employment
- Financial stability
- Health and healthcare
- Transportation
- Childcare
- Utilities
- Continuing education
- Public shower available, M-F 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
About Our Service Coordinators
Our service coordinators will meet you where you are and give you choices. They assist with short-term development of solutions and can make referrals to other organizations for longer-term help.
