45 Years ~ 45 Partners: Vermont Legal Aid
Since 1968, Vermont Legal Aid provides support to vulnerable Vermonters through civil legal services free of charge. Legal challenges can be overwhelming, especially for those already facing financial hardship, discrimination, or housing instability.
They help people navigate issues like eviction, unsafe housing, discrimination, health care access, and disability rights. For many, their support is the difference between losing stable housing and securing a safe place to live.
At the Haven, we often turn to Vermont Legal Aid when a guest needs legal guidance. Their advocacy has helped many in our community move forward with stability and dignity.
