Kate Emlen’s Studio Sale – December 14
Local artist Kate Emlen is hosting a Holiday Studio Sale on Saturday, December 14, from 10 AM to 2 PM at her home, 12 Elm Street. After exploring the Gingerbread Festival at Tracy Hall, stop by to browse Kate’s collection of framed and unframed paintings and prints at reduced prices. Enjoy refreshments, visit with neighbors, and support a great cause—Kate is generously donating 5% of proceeds to the Haven.
Mascoma Bank’s North Pole to Norwich! – December 14
While you’re in town for The Family Place’s Gingerbread Festival on December 14th, stop by Mascoma Bank’s North Pole to Norwich!
From 9–11 AM at the Norwich branch, enjoy cocoa, cookies, and a visit with Santa. Mascoma will also be collecting mittens and hats for the Haven, as well as toiletries for our Community Food Market! Spread holiday cheer while making a difference!
Ledyard Bank’s Holiday Hair for the Haven – December 1 – 19
For the fifth and final time, you get to pick Nico’s hair color for the holidays as part of the 19 Days. You can donate and vote for your favorite at any of Ledyard’s financial centers until December 19th. Whichever color collects the most is Nico’s new look! Every 19 Days donation is matched by The Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation. Thanks to Ledyard and Nico for the ongoing support and for bringing us together in this awesome tradition.
