Advance Transit provides fare-free transportation across the Upper Valley, ensuring that individuals and families, especially those without personal transportation, can access essential services like the Haven’s Community Food Market and Service Coordination. Since its founding in 1981, this service has been a lifeline for many in our community.
We are grateful to have an Advance Transit stop right in front of our campus in Hartford, as well as at the Lebanon Seasonal Shelter and other supportive housing locations. By removing fare barriers, Advance Transit helps our shelter guests reach crucial appointments, run necessary errands, and take steps toward rebuilding their lives.
