The Haven provides emergency shelter for families and adults, access to our Community Food Market and showers, and individualized support to help you move toward stability. You do not need to have everything figured out to reach out.

You can call, send us an email, or visit the Haven to ask questions and learn about available services. A staff member will help you understand your options and, if needed, connect you with other resources in the Upper Valley. We respect your privacy and will only ask for information that feels comfortable for you to share.
