Tuck Students Donate to the Haven

Ever wonder what happens to the remaining credit on a boarding student’s meal plan? Well, students at the Tuck School of Business decided to give back to the community collectively by donating $2,700 of unused funds to the Upper Valley Haven. With this resource the Haven was able to purchase approximately 2,000 pounds of perishable food including cheese, yogurt, butter, cream cheese and more. For more than three years, Tuck students have organized this unique food drive as well as collected clothing from Tuck dormitories after the students pack up to ensure good clothing and supplies do not go to waste. The Haven is very grateful to have this support from future business leaders. Thank you Tuck Students!
The Haven Through 40 Years
The Haven will commemorate its four decades of service to the region by releasing 40 stories of people, events, ideas, and services fundamental to our mission. We will be releasing these stories weekly, so check back often.
